What “review” means here
A Senior Justice Help review is a structured public-record review. It does not say a facility abused or neglected anyone. It helps families compare public indicators with the resident-specific facts: the care plan, nursing notes, photos, hospital records, incident reports, witness names, and the facility explanation.
How to review a facility
Do not rely on one rating, one complaint, or one story.
Public ratings are useful, but they are not the whole truth. A high-rated facility can still have a serious resident-specific event. A low-rated facility can still require source documents before anyone understands what happened. The stronger review compares several signals at once.
